Just a few minutes away, you will find the Stazione Termini, the city’s main railway station which will connect you to the rest of the city and beyond. Built in the late 1800s, the station is one of the largest in Europe and is frequented by an incredible 150 million visitors every single year.
Nearby are the city’s famous Baths of Diocletian which are definitely worthy of a visit. When they were created in the 3rd century, the baths were the greatest of their kind in ancient Rome and spread over a staggering 27 acres. Today, visitors are given the opportunity to explore the remains of the Baths of Diocletian as well as discover their history in the site’s museum.
A short walk away from the apartment will lead you to yet another of the city’s renowned attractions, the spectacular Opera House which often hosts exceptional performances of opera and ballet. The theatre dates back to the late 1800s, when it was originally known as the Costanzi Theatre, and can seat up to 1,600 spectators.
