This apartment is in a superb location, just a five minute stroll to the Vatican City where you can see St Peter's Basilica, the breathtaking Sistine Chapel, the Vatican museums and enjoy the beautiful Vatican Gardens. Of course there is more to the area than just the Vatican City, with the nearby Parco Urbano Del Pineto, why not have a picnic after you have visited the tourist sites. There are numerous bars, restaurants, trattorias, boutiques and curio shops on the cobbled streets of the district. A strong recommendation for a restaurant is the 'OLD BRIDGE' across the street from the leonine walls, near the Vatican Museum. The public transport is excellent and the nearest metro stop, Cipro, is just minutes away, although there are bus stops nearer and from here you can see the whole city.
