Also close by, located just a short walk away from the apartment, is the fascinating Largo di Torre Argentina. This impressive area is the home to the ancient ruins of four historic temples, which date all the way back to the 3rd century BC. Yet another of Rome’s ancient temples can be found nearby – the magnificent Pantheon, which is definitely worthy of a visit. Originally built in 126 AD as a temple in which to worship the Gods of Rome, this fabulous building has been remarkably preserved throughout the ages and is renowned for its fine examples of excellent Roman architecture.
